‘Vanderpump Rules’ star James Kennedy will remain with his girlfriend Ally Lewber after being arrested for domestic violence Thursday.
Sources who know the couple told TMZ that police were called to their apartment by a neighbour who overheard a nonviolent argument.
People reported that formal charges against Kennedy are still pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office. The same report also noted that the police did not observe any injuries at the scene.
Despite that, several of Kennedy’s exes expressed a lack of surprise in the wake of his arrest.
A lawyer for Rachel Leviss, a fellow ‘Vanderpump’ star and former girlfriend of Kennedy, told TMZ that “Rachel’s lawsuit describes, in significant detail, Mr. Kennedy’s long history of erratic, violent behavior and substance abuse.” Leviss is in the midst of a suit against show produced Bravo, as well as a number of her co-stars.
Kennedy joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules in 2013 as a guest performer. From 2015 to 2024, he was a member of the main cast. He departed the show this year, when it was announced that the entire cast would be replaced for the series’s twelfth season.
