A startling and heartbreaking development has left the whole of Ecuador reeling from the needless death of 23-year-old Landy Párraga, a lively woman who had previously competed to be crowned Miss Ecuador. The young woman, who was well-liked by everyone for her grace and charm, tragically passed away while having dinner at a neighborhood restaurant in Quevedo. She had no idea that her life would be taken from her in an instant, leaving a gaping hole in the hearts of everyone who had known and loved her.
