NEW YORK (Reuters) - The New York City Retirement System plans to vote for all Walt Disney directors in a bruising boardroom battle with two hedge funds who are each pushing for board seats for themselves.

The retirement system is arguing that the company should get more time to achieve the strategic transformation it's working on.
