After President Donald Trump announced he's pardoning Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), the congressman told reporters he will still seek reelection as a Democrat. In 2024, Cuellar and his wife were charged with accepting nearly $600,000 in bribes from two foreign entities in an alleged scheme that took place from late 2014 through at least November 2021, according to the indictment. Cuellar has denied any wrongdoing by him and his wife.
